Question 15: Market Revenue

We have been doing some further analysis of the Business Assessment Qestionnaire responses. This question was aimed at getting an estimate of the percentages of the business revenue currently obtained from the the local area NZ market, the nationwide NZ market, the Australian market and the rest of the world.

Business revenues were dominated in influence by their local areas. 69% of business owners get more than 75% of their revenue from local markets.
Few business owners have a significant share of earnings from international markets. But many have some level of export. 18% of respondents indicated a business with some export revenue (i.e. >0%) but many responses were in the 1-5% range.

This is what the picture looks like ... interesting.
